Cat No. N415 Hot Melt Butyl has a low moisture vapor transfer rate, excellent adhesion to glass and metal, up to 1,000% elongation, low shrinkage and high resistance to weathering and UV breakdown. Cools within five to 10 minutes after application to form a strong, resilient seal for insulating glass units. No gassing due to solvents. Shelf and work life is indefinite. Specification and material safety data sheets available on request.
