Shipping Policy for Glass Components UK
- Shipping is NOT guaranteed next day delivery.
- If orders are processed before 2 pm on a weekday not including Friday, then it is possible to receive goods the next day, depending on volumes.
- Any orders put through on a Friday or the weekend will be dispatched earliest on Monday morning.
- To be safe please allow two days as sometimes you will receive a part of your order separately. when the package is long it will require a different vehicle meaning a staggered delivery.
- We aim for these timelines, however they are not guaranteed, as we work through courier companies which we cannot always be responsible for.
- If in doubt please order well in advance of any bookings.
- For the most part it is possible to receive goods on a next day delivery, if the above steps are taken into account, but this is not a guaranteed service.
- We do not offer international shipping.

Please note that Glass Components UK will not be responsible for the cost of sending back goods to our warehouse. This will be the duty of the returner to cover delivery costs back to us, so make sure you are careful when ordering products.

Glass Components will issue full refunds of the goods returned but will not refund the cost of delivery of the goods initially sent out.
- If an item is signed for by a person at the address Glass Components will not be responsible for delivering a new set of items if they go missing as the signature is proof that we have delivered to the address and we cannot be responsible for customers loosing products or even if they are stolen after they are signed for.
